Your subscription is managed through your device's app store. On iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions. You can also go to Profile > Manage Subscription in the app.
Sign in with the same account you originally subscribed with. Your subscription status will be automatically restored. You can also go to Profile > Manage Subscription > Restore Purchases.
Yes! Nurselys supports background playback. Start playing any content and then lock your screen or switch to another app — the audio will continue playing.

Go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account in the app. You can also submit a deletion request through our account deletion page. Please cancel your subscription before requesting deletion.
