Nurselys provides audio and written content for relaxation and entertainment purposes, including guided relaxation sessions, positive affirmations, calming music, nature sounds, and informational articles.
Some features and content require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription"). Free users have access to limited content.
NURSELYS IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, HEALTHCARE PRODUCT, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE, THERAPEUTIC TOOL, OR SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL CARE.
The App and its content are intended solely for general relaxation and entertainment purposes. The App does not:

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective app store according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but may apply upon renewal.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RemotivaPro LLC regarding the App.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
